Dissatisfied with cancellation process

I have been trying to cancel my vehicle insurance since September and yet they insist on debiting my account. I spoke to a lady by the name of Phindile and assured me that she has instituted the cancellation & the refund of the unauthorised debit. Another lady also called me & I told her the same. When I check the profile today (08/11/2023) it is still active, meaning they are still going to debit my account. I would not recommend
