DISSATISFIED, Mentally exhausted, AND VERY Frustrated

Today, at 07:05 a.m., my wife was driving my car and was involved in an accident. We phoned Budget about 08:45 to inform them of the accident and that the car was not drivable. After I had contacted Budget for 15 times informing them that I was waiting for the towing service, Budget just sent me an SMS at 16:15pm alerting me that the towing car had been dispatched . One of the consultants went to the length of suggesting that if I'm okay and my wife isn't hurt, I should be patient and they'll send the towing car. After a lengthy period of being mystified, fatigued, and hopeless, my wife and I decided to go to the police station to seek assistance.

The police indicated they could only help us with the accident report, so we finished it and returned to the scene, but no towing car had arrived. It finally came at 16:59 p.m. I am dissatisfied with the service I received, including the stress of being told I needed to pay an extra basic cost after being kept waiting all day. The service I received was disappointing, given that I paid their monthly premium on time, but when it came to BUDGET responsibility or providing thier service, I HAD TO BEG THEM.

I just hope and want my car gets fixed, and I'm not sure if I'll be going back to BUDGET since I'm writing this with too much rage, and I doubt they'll care after reading this.

When I joined the budget, they asked whether I was married so that they could include my wife as a driver and we could pay the same basic excess amount if we needed to claim. So, now that I want to claim, you're coming up with all kinds of stories about how my wife just got her driver's license in 2020 and how she's still a new driver, which is why I have to pay an extra fee. I wasn't informed about this at first, but was only told that I can add up to 5 people to drive my car as long as they have a valid South African drivers license. Please revise the recording and repair my car as soon as possible. I argued to the consultant that according to the policy schedule that was sent to me, both the regular driver and the spouse will pay the same basic access fee.

I am completely bored and irritated. I regret not listening to my wife when she advised me to tell Budget that I was the one who was driving the car not her. My conscience did not allow me to do so because I was raised in a Christian family and still believe in telling the truth, but I wish I had done so to avoid these kinds of problems.

I am not writing this to try to discredit Budget's reputation, after all, who am I to take on a large corporation like BUDGET?

I'm not sure if this week is just bad luck for me or if someone is witch crafting me. Budget requested that I send the necessary documentation yesterday, May 24, 2022, which I did, and they confirmed receipt of the documents. When I asked when they would start repairing my car, they said they were investigating. They must be looking for a loophole or a reason not to fix my car.
Another concerning issue is that my tracking device phoned me this morning around 02:58am, asking if my car was safe because the alarm had gone on at their side. I informed Budget about this to double-check that no one is tampering with my car but BUDGET has not yet responded?

I have added a screenshot to prove that something did happen to the car. It shows that at 02:52am, there was activity on the car.

A CLIENT WHO WAS FURIOUS AND SAD TO A BEGINNIING JOYFUL

I fought Budget over a recent claim I filed with them in which they wanted me to pay an additional price of the normal excess fee since my wife was in an accident while driving my car. I am relieved that Budget reviewed our records with them when I initially joined them and determined that there was no clear indication that I was advised that if anybody drove my car with a valid South African driver's license with a license less than two years, I would be charged an additional excess basic fee. As I write this, my car is at renew-it greenstone panel beater, So far, so good.
And a special thanks to the Budget employee who handled my claim "Azeezah Vallie", I appreciate you, you did your part.
