Dissatisfied client

I am highly unsatisfied with the service advisor from budget insurance service centreby the name of imbali as it is the first time I've ever experienced such terrible service ,I am not dissatisfied with the insurance company as I've always had outstanding service from the insurance company and this service advisor Imbali is not up to budget insurance standards ,she was very rude and sarcastic ,she would just go quiet and would not inform me that she is still with me ...as other consultants would do ,when I informed her of how other budget consultants operate she told me she is not other consultants she is her own person and if I'm not happy I'm more than happy to get assistance from another consultant, I really did not expect that from a consultant she made me feel as if I do not matter ,she is bringing the budget standard down ,I have been a client of budget insurance for the past +- 8 years and have never recieved such disrespectful service
