Dissatisfied budget insurance client

Hie lam so dissatisfied by the service provided by budget insurance to a 3rd party claim.l had an accident on the 19th of November 2022 n l was wrong so ey were suppose to repair the 3rd party car claim 3 months later ey do their own quotation against the actual for the damages now ey short paid the 3rd party now lam suppose to pay the difference?so what's the use of me paying for my premiums.lam very disappointed as ey said my 3rd party cover is up to 5mil
