Dissatisfied

I would like express my disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding the process of this claim. I have taken note of the costs projected by assessment which amounts to about R33 000.00. With that amount if everything falls into place as far as the claim is conserned, I'm expected to pay R12 500.00 of basic excess which is almost half of that R 33000. 00. With all that being said I'm of the opinion that this delay and extensive investigation is grossly unfair. I am suffering the loss of business in the process and the payment of the vehicle in the month end needs to be fully maintained.
