Dissatisfaction

In 2018 December I had an accident. I called budget insurance for an assistance a tow truck was sent. The problem began when they did not want to repair my car they request all sort of information. I furnish them with the information as requested. Until this very hour my car is still sitting with them I have to call them about the progress they will send me from pillar to post with no assistance at all.
