Dissatisfaction

The struggle continues, I received my car from Top Car Panel beaters who were assigned to do repairs on my car by Budget Insurance, I was told the car was ready for collection.The panel work is not aligned, the color of the rear right bumper does not match the rest of the car paint, the smash and grab they did on the rare right window was not professionally done and is still full of bubbles, the inside of the car is full of dust from the poor job they did. My wife had to relive the scene of the accident since the car was still stained with blood on the seats from the accidents as well as broken glasses.I had expected a higher standard of workmanship by their chosen Panelbeaters especially that Budget insurance is a reputable brand, my claim has been one hell of a ride, the claims department cares less, it is a pity Hello Peter does not have an option to share pictures because really you would think twice of joining Budget Insurance.To say the least it is one costly journey which continues.ALUTA CONTINUA with Budget Insurance.
