Dissapointing Claim
<p>Submitted a claim on a small accident, and i understand that because my policy less than a year old, my axcess will be slightly higher, but very angry and let down due to the fact that now they want to increase my monthly premium by double what i am currently paying</p>

As telephonically discussed yesterday; the reasons for the increase on the premium was as a result of the information obtained at sales stage regarding previous insurance history. A huge discount was therefore allocated at the time of the sale.
During the processing of the claim; we were unable to confirm the full period of insurance information that was given at sales stage. We therefore had to amend the policy to ensure that the correct premium was allocated in order for you and Mr Hoy to enjoy cover on future claims.
As per your request, we are in the process of obtaining the sales recording and will notify you as soon as same is available for collection.
