Dispute Department: Budget Scratch and Dent

After a bad experience with Budget Insurance I have escalated the matter to the dispute department for Scratch and Dent policy. The Dispute department is so far handling the matter well although they have not yet resolved my complaint but I like the professionalism they have showed so far but keeping me posted with all the action steps they are taking in investigating the cause of rejected claim. They even gave me the deadline of which I must expect the final feedback which is the 31st of August 2021. #WIN to myself #WIN to hellopeter #WIN to proffessional people at Claim Dispute Department from Budget #WIN
