Dishonesty and false misrepresentation

I have written a review complaining about failure to disclose what they cover and not. They told me that they are going to review my policy and listen to the recordings, as they have mentioned that their turn around time to listen to the recordings is 2 to 3 working days. I have waited until I received a mail from Palesa Kgantsi telling me that they are still with the investigations and it will take 15 working days. I am surprised and asking myself that why does it take so long to resolve issues like to listen to the recordings and review the policy while I am sitting with the frustration that you have caused unnecessary.

I regard budget insurance as a ****.
