Dishonest Service as well as pathetic excess department

I was impressed with all. Excess department USELESS to say the least - drove me insane - eventually paid back my excess after a long time, and a lot of effort. Secondly, and apparently a lot of ins companies do this, but my premium randomly increases. This messes with my financial planning and my cheque account sometimes goes into overdraft which costs be above all. I phone in then Budget agree to "help" by lower my premium back to what it should have been left at. Its dishonest, highly annoying and a disgusting to run a business this way hence 1 small star...
