Dishonest and Misleading

My insurance with budget was cancelled in September however the debit was still processed and the consultant advised that I would get my refund in 10 days which did not reflect. I called again on the 14th and the consultant said I should wait another 7 days and still no refund. I called them again on the 23rd and another advised that he has escalated my request to a manager and refund will be processed immediately and again still no refund. Today the 28th I called them again and another consultant mentioned that i would need to wait another 7 to 10 days for my refund. So basically I have been taken for a fool after being a loyal client of budget for over 5years with no claims.
