Disgusting service from call center

I have been harassed by about six different budget consultants over the last week regarding a possible policy. The policy was supposed to start in June but I am so glad that they have shown their true colours as I have cancelled it because of how unbelievably rude the call center people were. When cancelling the policy the customer service consultant in the cancelation department put the phone down in my ear. Half an hour later (After my policy was supposedly cancelled) I was phoned by Budget again, the customer service consultant asked whether he was speaking to me I said yes and he proceeded to put the phone down in my ear again! Where does Budget find these so-called professional people. I work in customer service as well and I would never be as rude to a client as all of them have been with me. I will warn everyone against doing business with budget.
