Disgusting Service From Budget Insurance!

I'm writing this as a livid and irate client. I submitted my warranty claim to Budget Insurance, and guess what? They take their sweet time processing documents; after taking long, they get to me with the more than disheartening news that they won't cover my claim. They call their warranty "unlimited" and sell you a dream when they want your money. I remember they even double debited me in one month, and it was a long, nonsensical story about a misunderstanding and a system error. Now that I claim, they don't cover. And their agents sound so rude and ***********.

It wasn't the first time dealing with Budget Insurance; in 2022 I had a tire and rim cover, and when I hit a pothole, they rejected my claim, stating that my tire threads were not up to their standards to pay. I am sick and disgusted with Budget Insurance!
