Disgusting service for Beverley Naicker

If I could rate this zero stars I would... What a horrible insurance company.

My fiance had an accident on the 17th of September 2021 and guess what.. the claim has not yet been sorted. The one trainee consultant advised that a claim takes 2 weeks if there are no issues. Well, let me you this claims consultant Beverley Naicker must be one of the most useless consultants I have ever dealt with.

The vehicle is being assessed now... After more than 2 weeks. We have had little to no communication. We have to phone in every day to follow up and get updates and if we are lucky we get a response. Beverley is never available when we need to speak to her. The other party involved in the accident was told that their claim will be settled 30 Days after our claim has been settled..

I am appalled by the service. It's disgusting, to say the least.

I will definitely convince my fiance to change insurance companies after this claim is settled.
