DISGUSTING SERVICE

This company prolonged my claim for one month and and expected all companies that are closing for the year end to work through holidays because budget is lacking badly to deliver service. All my premiums are paid and they even ask you to pay early so that they can process claim but if one only knew that this would be a waste of time. Imagine I'm claiming for a scratch and dent and it's going four weeks and nothing done I Dredd claiming for a something worst it would take them 4 years to process that claim
