Disgusting service
<p>After attempts to be assisted i was promised someone will contact me before 9 am and its now 14:10 and still waiting. I am being given the run around for a coutersy vehicle for which I am paying. I am tired of this pillar to post treatment particularly because you dont excersice that on collecting your premiums. Are u suggesting that I drive an unroad worthy car by this senseless procrastination?</p>

Is your socalled team going to actually call me or Europ car needs to clean up your mess? Your service is shocking to say the least.

On the 3rd June when I complained about empty promises made to Budget clients I got the sense that they were willing to ensure I get the service which I am paying for. After bringing to the attention of the lady that assisted me that I was going out of town and arrangements must be made for a courtesy vehicle to be delivered to my residential address and the insured car towed to the panelbeaters as I was leaving town for a few days and encountered a lot of admin nightmare from The budget team whilst trying to make those arrangements myself. I was promised a manager who would sort that out and nothing happened, arrangements for a courtesy vehicle were made and that was it, no single call from budget team. To my dismay, they never towed the vehicle to panelbeaters which I became aware of when I returned on Monday 27th and booked in the vehicle at the panelbeaters, now I get an sms saying the courtesy vehicle must be retuned on the 3rd July, 5 days after booking in the car because someone forgot to make arrangements for my vehicle to be towed to yhe panelbeaters. I feel its totally unacceptable that the budget team fail to 1, give their clients feedback 2, deliver in their promises 3, Emphathise with their clients. At least I was expecting these guys to man up to their flaws extend the courtesy until my vehicle is repaired. I am very disappointed honestly
