Disgusting Non Existing Service - No Response to claim number 01DOC:VY:OPER:NE0950

I was involved in a car accident on the 17th August 2021 . I lodged a claim with Budget Insurance on the 1st September as the vehicle that drove into the side of my vehicle, was responsible for damages. I was requested to provide the necessary documents and was advised that a digital online assessment of the damages was done and the assessors approved an amount of R10456.47 less 25% apportionment = R7371.81. This meant 75% of the R10245.47 was the settlement offer. I was not happy with this assessment/offer, so I took my vehicle to an approved autobody repairer who had provided me with a quote which I presented to Budget and they refused to acknowledge the amount. I then requested they please send me to approved dealer of their choice and I did not receive a response. I would like to place on record that I had to repeatedly requested feedback on the approval of the claim between the 1st September to the 4th October when the claim was eventually approved. I have left many messages for a manager to call me and I have sent emails to no avail. My vehicle is currently insured with First for Woman since 2006. I am aware that Budget and First for Woman fall under the Telesure Group. I have an impeccable record with no claims since inception of having the policy. Additionally I have a second vehicle , household insurance and life cover with First for Woman and having received this pathetic/ non existent service from Budget, I am seriously considering moving my business to an Insurance company that will value my business. I would like a manager to call me urgently on my cell number *** as I will be taking this further to the insurance ombudsman as the lack of service is pathetic to say the least.
