Disgusting insurance

Budget insurance can so cruel and disappointing what makes me cancel the insurance, someone bumped my car and he advised me that let us allow our insurance to deal with it he gave me his insurance and I called Budget they said no they can't help me I must do it myself . Imargin dealing with insurance you know how these people can so exhausting 😴 . I continued with the slightly dent tyres and rims, my front rim and tyre were damaged and rim get broken I made a claim then, everything went smoothly we agreed they even said I must send photos of damaged tyre and rim to their whatsap number +***4 . 3 weeks down the line I follow up and they respond after 4days telling me that they are not going come to the party that one is an accident. I am so disappointed 😞 then there is nothing I can do.
