Disgusting customer service
I've never seen such horrible customer service in my ENTIRE life! The way that my husband is being treated is just inhumane! His entire life has come to a halt because they are taking 2 weeks to review a simple case! Only individuals that dont have a car can treat a person like this! I've even started a hash tag on Twitter cause this company needs to shut down if you can't honor your clients claim submission! SIES!! #cancelbudgetinsurance #canceltelesure

24 Oct 2024, 19:54Thank you for the prompt response. Someone from your team has called us and resolved the matter. My husband said he was sent to a panel beater that's far away from where we stay. Please can you advise why this was done. There's +- 10 panel beaters in our area and but we were referre to one that's 18km away from us. If we could get clarity on this please :)
