Disgusting Claims Service- Extended 24 months Mechanical Warranty
Budget Insurance Company South Africa — Extended Mechanical Warranty Comment

We bought the 24 months extended mechanical warranty on the 7th September 2017. The policy start date was 30 October 2017 and ended on the 30 October 2019.
On the 29th October 2019 the engine malfunction light came on. I took the car to Ford in Bruma who requested my car get booked in the next day so full diagnostics can be run. By 1.11pm the report indicated the problems. Even though my car was covered till midnight of the 30th October 2019, my claim is not being honoured by Innovation Group underwritten by Budget Insurance.
It is very ********* of Budget / Innovation to treat clients in this manner.
