Disgusting and poor Service

Budget called because they saw I was purchasing a car so the system alerted them some called and I had told Budget that my application for processing for now as I am on waiting list due the car not being in the country right now and one of their staff selfishly processed an application claiming that it would just on the system now they are failing to correct the mess created by their staff waiting to bid their monthly targets.I am livid now the policy cant be amended and my pro-rata money is an Issue to refund there was a lady who helped Nompilo bless her she helped to the best of her ability after 9months of running behind Yvonne G but now the whole thing is an issue of when I started to have car insurance to make matter worse my car is depreciating in value but my insurance has gone up im disgusted because the amount of time and to fix the whole mess they created its at expense I wish I never got insured by them
