<p>I would like to be refunded the admin fee of 260 i think its apauling that this needs to be paid?</p> <p>This is just another way that you guys are trying to sqeeze money out of people who wants to be with you.</p> <p>I would like this to be refunded at once!</p>

As discussed with our Customer Relation Specialist, the policy holder had agreed upon the administration fee of the policy, which is a once off fee.
Having said that we will revert once we have discussed the matter with our sales team.
