Disgusted in budget customer service and claims handling

If i can rate 0 i would.I was covered for home contents ins when i moved houses on sunday,3/10/2021, the removal company never arrived with my belongings, Dilini Naidoo from Budget now tells me that goods are only covered in a removal truck if damaged.since i gave them permission to remove my belongings its not ******. What do i do now??? Everything we own is in that truck. We don't even have a change of clothing now, thinking budget has our backs.

This company really knows how to **** a person. I really really dont know what to do now.
