disgusted by budget insurance

<p>budget insurance is the worse insurance really. Four months ago myself and my husband have claimed for the first time and we have been with budget for the past two years almost three. They had our car with them since December last year and haven't made any contact with is since the</p> <p>first and only call they gave us the next day of accident. It was said that we have missed a payment and we denied that claim because of the fact that its debuted every month. Upon investigation we discovered they deducted a day earlier in November but we specifically told them to deducted the twentieth of every month. Clearly the fault lies with them and not us as we had not receive any notification indicated to us that we have not met a payment. Yesterday we got a phone call letting is know that our car will be delivered to is due to high storage and that if they keep it we will have to pay. Yet the car has not been fixed! . I am so disgusted really . Especially since we are still paying every month but for what? Clearly they think money falls from the sk</p>
