Disgusted

<p>I'm the wife of Dieke Motaung who has a policy with budget (what a mistake)...my hasband made his first claim when he asked budget to come and tow his car for repairs since it just wouldn't start.. that was on the 30th of June 2017....insurance took the car to renew it greenstone for repairs. That day the insurance confirmed that they will fix it but my husband has to be prepared to pay R12000 and above which was agreed upon from both parties....the communication stop on that day, for thirty days there was no word from the insurance. My hasband has been liaising with renew it till the time for collection. On the 5th of July 2017 my hasband made payment to renew it as requested by the insurance.....it was only on the 5th that the insurance decided to call my hasband that there is something wrong with the engine and that his policy does not cover the engine........wow this insurance company had the whole month of June to notify him of the engine but only decide to tell when he has made payment. My family is not having it.....the insurance was negligent and claim that they are not liable.....who is then liable because this could have been sorted from the start but nothing was said. My family needs this car and my hasband has been patient for four weeks....someone is responsible and is not my hasband.....he made it clear from the beginning that his car cannot start and needs it to be repaired......I'm discussed and appalled even fed up that we had to wait for a whole month even after the repair company said car is ready for collection, to hear that there is something wrong with the engine......sis</p>
