Disgruntled

I would like to express my dissatisfaction,

My premiums were reduced this year because I could not afford, I called in and was assisted (Premiums reduced) was subsequently told that my Premiums will not be increased until 12 months commencing from the date they were reduced, Today I was shocked to have received an email from Budgets informing me that the Premiums will be increased from R 843.35 to R 1,039.12. I called in trying to explain that I cannot afford these Premiums and was told that there is nothing Budget can do.

1) Why are my Premiums raised from R 843.35 to R 1,039.12 even though the 12 months hasn't yet lapsed as per the conversation I had when they were dropped from R 1,073.62 to R 843.35 in June? 2) The value of the vehicle is depreciating but the premiums are going-up. 3) Since I joined Budgets I haven't claimed yet but my premiums are increased. 4) The 12 months period hasn't yet lapsed (commencing from the date the premiums were reduced)

I hereby appeal that my Premiums be reduced to the amount set in 2017 June (R 843.35) as I cannot afford (R 1,039.12).

I am not prepaid to have my access increased as I cannot afford high premiums , or excess

If the amount cannot be reduced unfortunately I have to look for another insurer (better offer).
