Disgraceful Budget Insurance

Had an accident in late December- budget towed my vehicle with side and rear smash.Numerous calls to technostar (Budgets insurance vehicle contractor) and got no answer,eventually had to send the assessor to Go and have a look.Long story short ,vehicle got fixed without my go ahead,early January 2024, vehicle handed to me , whilst driving the number falls off in the N2 freeway, get home the Renault sign the E goes missing.the side black beading comes off, when I do a proper check the vehicle has 2 tone colour , and fish dots in the side , the number plate was not put properly, Numerous complaints to budget insurance yet no response , spoke to dispute dept .was even worst than all the other depts- closed off the dispute without finalising or sorting my vehicle.did I mention I even took it to the assessor again for revaluation- Disgraceful service - Rating for Budget a big fat 0 - ZERO.
