Disgrace of a company

This claim issue has been sitting on my thoughts for quite sometime now. I have spoken to 3 external motor claims consultans who worked at various companies including BUDGET and further read through the policy documents to understand the reason why Budget did not pay out the claim. Last year I had my father's car for a few days in Durban. Before I took the car my dad did let Budget Insurance know of this fact. The Tuesday morning I parked the car and left it locked and unattended for 30min. Came back and the vehicle was ******. After this traumatic experience I did everything that was required of me for my dad to lodge the claim. Budget called me promptly and began their investigation. Upon completion of their Investigation, Budget found that they would not cover us for theft due to me being the primary driver at the time of the incident. I cannot fathom how this makes sense. I seeked advice and I am being told that this is immaterial and my father is covered. I am going to escalate this matter to the Ombudsman as my father has never missed a payment for the past 9 years driving that vehicle. Very shamefull that you are loyal to a company and they will find any reason not to pay. This is unacceptable and Budget took advantage of my fatther's age and lack of insurance knowledge. Shame on you Budget
