Disaster at Budget Insuarance

Hi All my policy no *** with budget insuarance turned Nightmare frustrating stress for Me please please don't take Budget Insuarance you will suffer.Firstly they insured my vehicle with wrong discription which was picked up by my car dealer then to fix their mistake they increase my premier after that I send email to cancell they phone back and offer me discount so I agreed then I said there is further mistake spelling my street name and my first licence date so they increase premium instantly so I said no I can't take it please cancell so they said ok we will listen to recording and will phone back after at 3 o clock they phone back 3.20 and said they did not get recording they will phone back on Monday so I said No please cancell because Monday they might have another story finally Lady name Tindile said ok your insuarance is cancell you will get confirmation in few minutes . After 45 min I call back requesting letter of cancellation they transfer to Mr Ntsuni and he started convincing I said no please cancell my policy so he promised before end of today I will get confirmation of cancellation but till end of today no letter came I will phone them tomorrow again . Really this is so stressful and so much of pain just to cancell insuarance which you are not happy with. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BUDGET INSUARANCE TO MY FAMILY FREINDS AND MY COUNTRY PEOPLE AT ALL.TAHANKYOU I AM JUST SO SAD
