Disappointingly slow on a claim payout

Our commercial vehicle was involved in an accident on 28 May 2015. We did the necessary paperwork to register the claim however to date, there's still no payout on the vehicle written off. The vehicle is not financed, so the sooner the payout, the sooner we can replace it and continue with normal business operations.

But no, this is not how Budget Insurance services its clients. A simple procedure is turned into a devastating experience. What really annoyed us was the fact that nobody gave us any feedback unless we called in for updates. Every time I called, new requirements emerged. It has become apparent that there was no progress on the claim on a number of days/weeks that the consultant, Mirriam Mamabolo, missed due to illness. Zero progress on account of a single staff member? We've lost clients as a result.

This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Call me to finalize this claim.
