Disappointing,Avoid at all costs.

I am not confident with budget insurance,I have been a client for quite sometime, following my car accident in March ,my car is still parked at Top car Panel beaters Vryburg till date.I have tried calling budget on the issue and written a formal complaint to them but to no aid,the panelbraters at some point told me to make enquiries myself to their third-party partners,my insurer bothers with no feedback at all,when i call them ,its either we escalating the problem,an assesor will call you tomorrow,or my manager will call shortly,if you don't call them for feedback they won't call, speaking of which let me attempt to call them again and explain my situation again and again,so they can escalate and escalate,maybe by Christmas i will be driving my car.
