Disappointing service

I have made a claim with budget insurance as I have wheel and Tyre insurance with them. I have sent all the required information to them a week ago and till this date I have received no response from them,nit even an email to say they received my information. This is totally unacceptable. I have indicated that all correspondence will be done via email,as everytime one makes a call you are placed on hold and the airtime runs out. I am disappointed with their service and approach. Mrs N Husain
