Disappointing Service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Budget Insurance. They are telling ne that my car will only be assessed after a week, for minor damages! Other insurances like OUTSURANCE and MIWAY assess your claim the same day or within 24 HOURS. I need my car fixed asap and they keep making excuses that should not be the client's problem! Panelbeaters will be closed on Friday which means I won't have a car over Christmas. I want my claim processed immediately, I have a hip replacement and cannot stay without a car. The don't care about putting the client first, I don't even get updates regarding my claim. My holidays are ruined already by the service at Budget Insurance! I would strongly discourage anyone thinking of joining this insurance.
