Disappointing.

I took a policy with budget for my vehicle, i called a few days after to cancel such policy as i had found a cheaper insurer. The lady on the phone assured me that the debit order would not go through and that the policy was cancelled but here we are, and the debit order went off... on a bank account i no longer use as my main thus creating unneccesary bank charges for me. Really disappointing.
