Disappointed for the second time

Afternoon

I’d like to express how disappointed I am with the service I’ve received from Vaps clams (Budget insurance) for the second time

First time my claim was approved after 1 month and few weeks, which left me devastated

Now it’s day 8 since i lodged the claim (28/04/2022) and the is no communication or updates I’ve been calling and the consultants are useless and not helping at all, at the time i had to be on hold for about 30 minutes
