DISAPPOINTED

I am so disappointed with this company. I could be wrong but I think when I signed up for the contract I was never asked about my neighbor or advised that when I claim my private family will become a street matter. Now my family private matter will be discussed with strangers. Once this issue is discussed outside the confinement of home then it will be in the public domain and this is not what I signed up for. We are asked question that have nothing to do with the accident. I really don't know what they are trying to achieve. I request that I am sent the conversation that I had with the consultant when entering on this contract with Budget. I will give the details of my neighbor but note that I am not happy with this process. This is the worse agreement I got myself into.
