Disappointed Customer

I insured my vehicle with Budget Insurance whereby I took the comprehensive policy plan. In September 2023 my vehicle broke down in Harrismith, KZN. I contacted Budget Insurance and requested a towing service from them which they refused. I engaged a private towing company to tow the vehicle to my residence of which I paid out of my pocket. Subsequently a consultant contacted me from Budget Insurance and stated that I was fully insured and should not have being refused the towing service from them. After lengthy conversations they decided to reimburse me just 1/3 of the amount that I paid out of pocket. I am very disappointed with their service.
