Disappointed Client

I need to share my experience with all. I was insured by budget Insurance. At sales stage I were promise many things under the moon. I had shortfall cover, excess cover and installment protector. As an unfortunate event happen it were time to put in a claim. I were then told that my shortfall policy do not run with my comprehensive cover and that I need to do a seperate claim. All is well and then it hit me with different excuaes that they doxnot Py for this and that and that I do not have any interest as they told me I'm cover for any interest as well. Now I am left with an shortfall by the bank which they not covering.

One need to read the fine print. As even the sale recording the consultant telling me I do not need to worry as I am fully covered and that they will even cover my interest as well.

When I claim by my shortfall I were told that I first need to wait until my main policy pay out then they will see what amount is left and then pay that amount if they approve my claim. Bare in mind that it were not told to me during the sale stage. Rather then coming up with all sorts of excuses making me believed I misunderstood when I took out the policy.

When I went to the dealerahip for a new vehicle I were told not to take out a shortfall cover with the same insurance they always sell you short at claim stage and this is exactly what happen to me. Promising me the moon and stars and coming to claim they turn their heads leaving you with the mess now.

I had great hopes knowing I am fully insured and had a ease of mind. But I was wrong. I am now left with debt can not take a vehicle until my debt is settled. Please if you ever think of taking out shortfall cover, think again. Rather take out a shortfall cover else where as you will only be promise the haven and left with debt at the end. Yes they are a good company but their shortfall cover isn't great at all it sucks. Go elsewhere for shortfall. I am only one client out of thousands but I am not afraid to put it out there what happenes to me. Do not be fooled by them.they have an attitude when you challenge them in their decision after that is game over for you.

When I spoke to a different consultant even she told me that if I were promise certain things they should abide by it as it's a verbal contract. I will take my business elsewhere thank you.
