Disappointed

My wife and I had met with an accident on the 20/11/2021 in umhlanga while on vacation. A guy rear ended us at a red robot. We are from Pietermaritzburg. We tried contacting budget and had no joy as they were out of working hours. We contacted the emergency towing phone number and the lady mentioned that they cannot assist us and only Monday they are open. We contacted Budget on Monday only to found out that they do not cover the tow and storage due to the fact that we did not contact them first. However we did contact them and was offered no help at all. We paid R12500 from our own pocket for towing and storage. We were told by the towing company that budget will pay if we claim. That's not the case. Very appalling service from Budget insurance.
