Disappointed and Unsafe

On Monday I reported an incident regarding my tyre and Rim as I have value added product insurance with them and today Friday I still haven’t received feedback..I am utterly disappointed in the level of service received as I’m the one calling daily and being told they are busy with the claim for 4 days now..I am not feeling safe on the road driving because of the damage..False advertising.
