DISAPPOINTED AGAIN
I am once again disappointed with this company. On Tuesday (03 May 2022) I called for two reason and it was to register a new scratch and dent claim and also to follow up on my request of last year. Last year I requested to be sent the recording of myself and the consultant that I spoke with when taking up the main insurance. I don't think I am comfortable having these contracts with Budget Insurance anymore.
