Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed in budget insurance service I have been a loyal customer for years didn't even claim until now my unfortunate accident ... I have been calling so much and can't get any decent information about the status of the claim the only thing i hear is it's sitting with the assessor so for how Many weeks is it sitting with the assessor this is not on as I have no vehicle cnt get around do anything you guys going to debit me now on the 25th while my car is sitting with url... it's easy to take my money but provide good service than url can't do I need to know asap what is happening with my car as I do have car hire this is going on for weeks now my ID is *** cell ***
