Disappointed

Dealing with budget insurance consultants has been very frustrating to say the least. Being involved in a car accident is both traumatic and an inconvenience but it gets even worse when you don't get pleasure from the service that you pay for every month without fail. The authorized panelbeaters appointed by budget insurance does not have towing services. After informing Patience Duma she advised that she will arrange for towing, that was last week Wednesday. Yesterday I called and I was told that a follow up will be made with towing services and I'll get a call but nothing. Today it's Tuesday and again I had to call because no one bothered to call me back and yet again I was told that a follow up will be made wit towing. I sent a message to Patience Duma yesterday regarding this inconvenience but she has not even bothered to respond or call me back. I am basically paying for to be inconvenienced by in competent panelbeaters appointed by the insurance that I pay monthly without fail. I'm thoroughly disappointed and extremely annoyed.
