Disappointed

I am so annoyed with Budget Insurance and their legal and claims department. I placed a claim against one of their clients in January, because their client crashed into me in slow moving traffic. I have been sending emails only to be told that the email address is down. They have me another email address to use only later to tell me that the person is out of office, another email address was provided, it does not exist. You are giving me the run around. How do you think I feel with my car looking the way it does because of your client! FIX MY CAR PLEASE!!!!! 30 days is almost over
