Disappointed

Today I was on a call with Thando I was taking the budget car insurance, she explained everything to me I then told her that she can call me tomorrow as I need to cancel my current insurance, she said she will put me through to my insurance once we finish, I stayed on the line for few minutes while she tried to transfer me she came back to me to say she is still trying, she then transferred me to some First for women incorrect department that I don't know she did not do a warm transfer she just released the call.I was transferred from pillar to post and got no assistance,eventually the call was cut.

This just shows that Thando did not care what happens to my call.I do not want to deal with *********** people, I just want them to cancel my policy with them I will continue shopping around for a car insurance with professional people. I am very disappointed!!
