DISAPPOINTED

Budget Insurance on their annual review of policy they increased my policy with R400+ without my consent.When I called for clarity they claimed to have sent me two emails.The other agent said a letters was posted to me. I did not receive neither.I kept calling without any joy.Then I asked for the refund since the increase was not communicated to me.All this happened in the month end of April.Moreover the guy who logged the request for the refund was very rude,telling me how its not their problem that I did not receive the emails.This week I got a lousy refund of R140.20. I'm a year old with this insurance and I have not had any claims.Is this how you thank me?I'm very disappointed in you Budget Insurance.I'm currently shopping for an insurance that have respect for its customers.
