Disappointed

I've been with budget for 6years I've never claimed okay right I missed payment for October 2022 so unfortunately on 29th October 2022 I was involved in an accident when I make claims my claim was rejected becouse of 1 premium installment and they wouldn't let me pay am so disappointed thinking that my sister once had a same problem but her insurance which I can't mention had mercy on her and they paid up for the damages...but budget insurance dololo am canceling my contract with them and joining better insurance company that will be with m in difficult times
