Disappointed

Im fed up with Budget and Renew-it Greenstone, both parties undermine their clients, i had to go day in day out interacting with them and pleading fir feedback, the turnaround for feedback regarding my car it is very draining! Today i was told that they RenewIt has not started yet with the vehicle that came on the 21st and was re-assessed on 25th and i received a quotation thereof, Friday mornjng i called in as it has been 2 days without receiving feedback, and i told Igneta that should i not receive any feedback by 12 then I'll call into fetch the vehicle as im not receiving any communication, then after an hour i was told that the team is busy with the vehicle and i will receive notifications as the service goes, today im flabbergasted to ve called to ask if im still fetching my car, whilst i said to them I'll fetch the car if there's no feedback so i had received feedback so i dont know why im being asked thus and clearly my vehicle it is still there and nothing done, im so angry not to mention dissapointed!
