Disappointed

I have never been disappointed in my life my car was leaking coolant and I have a budget warranty I thought everything will be taken care of as I was promised by budget warranty that they will take care of everything,wait until you have to claim they rejected my claim saying my car's radiator failure was not mechanical failure while the part just failed leaking coolant I'm still waiting for a feedback from their dispute internal department to review my claim my car it's still at the repair workshop while I was promised when my car broke down they will get me into the road to drive my car again
